By the experience I will tell that the weight has unexpectedly increased, but then has started to fall smoothly. The figure also has started to vary. I didn’t want just to grow thin – I grew thin on purpose – to receive slender legs, flat belly, high breast, and beautiful arms. Also know that, in couple of months I have started to like myself, I began to look with pleasure at myself in mirror and to notice that I have good figure. Grow fond of your body, and it will become better, get rid of all foolish complexes, nobody will make it for you.

To make trainings more cheerful – take your friend with you, you will have chance to communicate more and to enjoy your trainings together. Try some fashionable direction – Latin dances or belly dances, it can be ridiculous at first sight, but with practice you will be able to learn this.

In the conclusion I will tell once again – go in for sports for pleasure, do not be afraid of new things, forget about constraint and grow fond of myself. The result will be pleasant for you!
